Tennis and pickleball are both very popular LWR activities. With many multiple public tennis courts throughout our area, you can always find a place to play. There are also private tennis and pickleball memberships located throughout the area. For instance, there are 20 Har-Tru clay tennis courts (18 are lighted) in the Country Club. Pickleball has become one of the fastest-growing sports in the nation, moreover, there is definitely no shortage of enthusiasm here. The Country Club has 12 pickleball courts which also offer clinics, leagues, and lessons for those who want to take up a new hobby. LWR currently has over 60 restaurants and counting. Restaurants are eager to get into the coveted area of LWR and grow their businesses n such a thriving community. LWR is known in our area as a shopping Mecca. Above all, shopping in LWR and the surrounding area are second to none. As such, grocery stores, local coffee shops, and retail are abundant throughout our town. Firstly, The Mall at University Town Center (UTC) is located at the corner of University Parkway and Cattleman Road is a shopper’s dream. Sak’s 5th Avenue, Dillards, and Macy’s are the anchor stores at UTC Mall. And UTC Mall also has over 100 additional stores. Secondly, across the street, you can enjoy browsing and shopping at Target, Ulta, Bed, Bath and Beyond just to name a few. Thirdly, just across University is the “Shoppes at University Center”. As of 2020, we are home to over 36,000 residents and 16,000 jobs. In 2020, LWR opened four new communities. Sapphire Point, developed by Pulte Homes. Lorraine Lakes, developed by Lennar Homes. Windward, developed by Neal Communities. Solera, developed by D.R. Horton Homes. All of these communities have open models and are currently building. 

LWR offers many types of housing selections. From Single-family homes, Twin Villas/Attached Villas, Condominiums, Townhomes, and Luxury Apartments.
