Summerfield Village Lakewood Ranch

Summerfield village at Lakewood Ranch was the first village opened in February 1995.  Summerfield is noted for its access to superb schools, parks, greenways, and abundant recreational activities. Many annual family events, including its annual Easter egg hunt and 4th of July bicycle parade, started in this village. Summerfield is composed of eight different neighborhoods, each with its own distinctive style and residential choices. Winding streets showcase large single-family homes and maintenance-free condos.
